Manager of Technical Publications, hybrid
5+ years of technical writing, document management, content management, and technical publications experience in a manufacturing environment with a dealer and/or distributor network. Must also have some project management experience and be willing to be hands-on and manage projects. Strong leadership, problem solving, and organizational skills are essential as is a customer service mindset. Will manage the projects of a team of service professionals.
$105 – 115,000 + bonus

Finance/Administration Manager, northern suburbs, hybrid
5+ years of business experience with some finance, financial reporting, and accounting background and the ability to serve on a small company leadership team. Will oversee finance and administrative staff and will handle compliance, vendor management, aging AR issues, financial reporting, and process improvement for small, very successful privately held company. Must have bachelor’s degree and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
$75 – 95,000 + bonus

Business Systems Analyst, western suburbs, mostly on-site
4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with proven ability to challenge the status quo professionally and constructively. Must understand IT applications and have the ability to map business processes to help drive system configuration and functionality. Must have excellent project management and critical thinking skills and be able to assist in leading discussions with business stakeholders to come up with creative solutions. Should have some background with complex systems and knowledge of how applications are integrated. Must have strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Some manufacturing industry experience is preferred but is not required.
$90 – 100,000


Enterprise Network Manager, northwestern suburbs, hybrid
5+ years of networking and infrastructure technology experience and at least 2 years of hands-on managerial and mentoring experience required. Must have strong technical infrastructure skills (networking management, cybersecurity, wireless technology, LAN/WAN, VoIP, firewalls, switches, etc.), and Azure Cloud in an enterprise environment, a strong process improvement background, and excellent communication, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills. There are multiple project initiatives to take on. Will manage vendor relationships. Degree preferred.
$120 – 130,000 + bonus
